Heidi is a waitress at a BBQ restaurant and Jane tends bar at a casino in a small town near the Mexican border. Heidi is content but Jane’s dreams are far and wide. When Jane goes missing at a rodeo, Heidi sets out across the desert, searching for her beautiful and tempestuous friend. Fate tells her to stop looking but she continues until she finds her, leading her closer and closer to the dark destiny that she dreams about.
