The Newport Beach Film Festival offers a plethora of opportunities and experiences only available through this one of a kind cinematic showcase. In addition to manning the front lines of our office operations, interns have the opportunity to work within the following departments in the lead-up during the festival:

• Marketing and PR
• Event planning and production

• Graphic Design
• Social Media
• Blog (this blog!)
• Festival ground operations

Not only do interns work closely with a specific department and learn the ins and outs of the festival’s operation process, they also get to collaborate with a large group of like-minded people where they can develop personal and professional relationships that will serve long after their internships have ended. Some of our past interns enjoyed their experience so much that they have decided to stay with the festival and are now fulltime staff members. We have also had interns who have gone on to work for companies like Sony, MTV, CBS, CAA, Disney and more
