Celebrated as one of the leading lifestyle film festivals in the United States, the 20th Annual Newport Beach Film Festival attracted 58,000 film & food fans in 2019. NBFF seeks to bring Orange County the best of contemporary filmmaking, and in 2019 we featured films from 56 countries all around the world.
In addition to our large collection of feature and short films, NBFF welcomed 62 of the area's best restaurants, chefs, caterers, and tasty treats to serve at our 15 parties, making us one of the largest culinary events in all of Southern California.

A Unique Experience for All Film Fans
As the West Coast's fastest-growing film festival, NBFF offers films from 50 countries across multiple genres. In addition to our Narrative and Documentary programs, NBFF carefully curates a collection of short film programs and our interest programs include Action Sports, Art, Architecture + Design, Culinary, Family, and Horror films.

OC's Best Culinary Delights for Eight Days
In addition to our daytime and evening screenings, NBFF hosts nightly events featuring tastings from Orange County's top culinary destinations and a hosted bar courtesy of Tito's Vodka and beverage partners.
Previous culinary partners include the finest restaurants, bakeries, and fine foods in the area.

The Newport Beach Film Festival seeks enthusiastic film lovers to volunteer for Orange County’s annual celebration of cinema. The 20th Annual Newport Beach Film Festival runs April 25—May 2, 2019. Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in several aspects of the festival. Volunteer positions include guest relations, merchandise sales, theater ushering, and office reception.
